请教whose 的特殊疑问句

两句语法都没问题，但感觉意思有点小差别。
Whose is this pen? 这里强调的是“ this"，背景中可能有好几支笔，提问者希望知道的就是他手里或者他指向的那支笔；
Whose pen is this ?提问的场景中没有好多笔，可能就一支，提问者希望知道它是谁的。.
