Weight losing excerise----- walk one hour around after lunch???

I always jog for 20-30 minutes with the speed of 5.5 km per hour on my own running machine we bought about two years ago.
It was effective to reduce my weight about 5kg.
For no boring,we bought a LCD TV,and hung it on the wall like the gym..

To my experience,I have been walking 20-30 min. in 5.5kg/hour everyday for about one year. The result was to lose 6kg weight. During the time of walking,I haven't tried to diet..
