Weight losing excerise----- walk one hour around after lunch???

I am also curious on the results:
Do you really walk every day?
How much weight do you lose?.

I just started walking two to three times per week, for 50 minutes to 70 minutes each time. My target is to lose 3kg within 2 - 4 months and then to keep the then weight. So far I haven't seen progress yet. Will keep trying..
