I agree with you that this place is all about sharing. When I read 2# wordings, I also wanted to point out the mistakes of "reduce" and "slowing" as well. But soon I noted the conversations between you and 14#MM which stopped me strongly. Oh, Gosh, she doesn't like to be challenged even here, a place of sharing, just because she majored in English in university a decade ago.
I assume I am not hurting your feeling if I say "as I do" is a better use than "like I do".
