我应该算吧。我先回答试试。不过得英文，因为我不会相应的中文术语。
The first request seems easy. Create a form, add a combo box to the form for the reservation #, then add a subform as a datasheet to display the information related to the reservation #。 The datasheet is refreshed whenever a new reservation # is picked.
But I don't quite understand the second request. I guess you could use a True/False flag in the bill record to indicate if the bill has already been cleared.
Does that help a little?.
