• software/hardware setup and maintenance on customer site
• Project implementation
• System proactive maintenance/health check
• System performance, security monitoring
• Customer support technical and process documentation
• Technical training to customers
• Help and facilitate HP response center engineer for break-fix diagnosis
• Beware and track customer system change
• Service review
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in computer software/hardware
- Pass CET-4 or above, fluent in English reading and writing
- Good communication skills and documentation skills; good sense in customer service
- Good problem solving and problem management capability
- At least 1 year IT support experience
- Be familiar with UNIX
