当偶们有资格区优的时候，市优才能加分了，当偶们初二得奖的时候，初三的奖才算了，当偶们可能拿奖的时候，保送刚好取消了，不过还好，偶们本来也没打算靠这个。
这样蛮好，早就可以这样做了，全民皆奥是绝对不正常的，孩子们可以多玩一玩了。.

现在来猜想一下，今年刚出台的高考奥赛加分还有联考趋势对于今年初升高来说不会太多影响，不过对于偏科的孩子有远忧。

下周日所有进决赛的同学去参加口语比赛,初中组是2人结队,看图20分钟后演讲6分钟.决出一或二等奖,届时将录象上电视.作文将选优出集.
据举办方介绍这个"可以加分",加的什么分?偶很疑惑,连新知大同都没有加分一说,好在不在乎.老师的说法是如虎添翼,那就比是不是吧..

SG真是全面发展，.

有妈妈说本帖的线路将是小众路线,一点没错,不是任何孩子都能走通所有通向市重点乃至4校之路.问题是所有的家长都应该对可以走的路了如指掌才能帮助孩子走最适合自己的路,才能找到自己的路,如果连路在何方都不知道,那么谈何找到自己的路呢?不要让孩子孤独艰难地跋涉在中考的路上,找到自己的路才是你的捷径,走不通捷径是一回事,不会走捷径则是另一回事,不懂得走捷径,,,,那就直接中考去吧..

每次看见这标题,我就紧张..

再无视也只是自欺欺人,再紧张也只能接受现实.
已经有学校要求学生准备自主招生的材料了。

既然本帖把大家都搞的神经紧张,那偶就此打住吧,
本周日上午新知决赛,是所有初中竞赛中最大含金量的比赛
下午化学"白猫杯"初赛,虽然含金量不高,但是可以作为天元杯的前奏,看看自己的实力在哪里..

根据本人对于以前所知甚少的外研杯作文大赛的研究,偶在此为之摇旗呐喊一下下吧,所有偏文科的孩子家长请关注此竞赛,据说是比古诗文竞赛含金量更高的文科类比赛,每届初三和高三生各20人进入"口语交际"决赛,决出15人作为一等奖获得者.另有25名二等奖和30名三等奖.
高中各名校文科班均非常重视此比赛结果,会是自主招生的参照系.
由于比赛是和复旦,交大,同济联合举办,所以高校更是重视比赛结果.据说还有高考加分.

请教Shuaishuaimm, 那么说六七年级的奖项都没有用的吗？ 另外，新知杯是初三时自己报名的，还是学校安排名额？

对这个比赛以前真的是听也么听说过,我也不很理解,应该是可以作为参考吧,但是好象现在谈到加分和自主都是指初三高三生的..

Are Our Children All Dolts?
It would seem that this is a reasonable conclusion from the report released by the OECD yesterday. Every three years they administer a standard test to 15 year old students in the 34 nations involved in the organization as well as in 41 partner states. The tests are designed to measure and compare student performance on a range of subjects (reading, science and mathematics) and once again the US falls far behind the rest of the world – in every category. The US finished in 17th place overall but really slipped badly in math. Only in reading did the US come up to the average of the other OECD nations.
The nations that did better than the rest were all in Asia. The top performer was Shanghai –China (China was divided in a set of regions to better compare within the country). The next four Asian states on the list included South Korea (2), Hong Kong (4), Singapore (5) and Japan (8). The majority of European nations finished ahead of the US as well. In fact the US was sharing its position with nations that are described as developing states and which spend far less on education than the US. That is part of what makes this study so frustrating. The US is third in the world in terms of money spent per student and of the five nations that finished at the top of the list – only Japan’s spending puts it in the top twenty (at number 9).
Analysis: This is what leads to the belief that we must have dolts for children. We spend more per student than all but two nations in the world and we finish 17th in terms of ability – 27th in terms of math skills. There may be another explanation available though. Just maybe our kids are quite capable of learning but there is some institution that is not performing very well. The problem appears to lie in the education system in the US and the emphasis should be on “system” as opposed to schools alone.
There are many variables that affect the performance of a 15 year old student in the world today and these all have to be taken into consideration. There is much to criticize about the school system in the US and much that can be learned from other nations. Finland was ranked number three in the world and has long managed to recruit over 70% of its teachers from the upper 10% of university graduating classes. The US recruits less than a quarter of a percent from that cohort.
The two most important factors appear to be socioeconomic status and the role of parents. The fact is that US students from the elite schools do as well or better than their Asian and European counterparts but if the student is from a poorer urban region or from a rural community their chances of success plummet. The single biggest factor for success was the family however. In all the top ten countries there is no higher priority than education for one’s children and parents are consistently engaged and at a high level. They demand performance from their children and make everything else secondary – especially working. Very few Asian students have jobs while attending school – their job is school.
The status of the US students is going to present an immense problem in the future, it already has. The issue of unemployment and US competitiveness are both wrapped up in our education system..

女生阅读能力强于男生
在PISA测试涉及的三个领域中，阅读能力被视作最为重要的部分。调查发现，经济发达地区学生在信息收集和处理，以及利用信息制定计划的能力，要优于欠发达地区。有意思的是，在每一个参加测试的国家和地区，女孩的阅读能力都要优于男孩，阅读能力得分平均高于男孩39分，这意味着男孩阅读水平要比同龄女孩落后近一学年。在数学领域，性别差异则不那么明显，男孩略占优势，平均比女孩高12分。
另外，研究人员发现，家庭生活环境对学生学业质量有着不可忽视的影响。总体而言，单亲家庭学生各项平均得分要比健全家庭低5 分。在阅读能力方面，“每天和父母一起阅读”或者每周亲子阅读一至二次”，比选择“从来或很少和父母一起阅读”的孩子，阅读能力明显要强很多。本报记者陆梓华
