i use 'the' here, refers to all boys and girls of wangwang represented by their parents
anyway, i hate to go through the nuts and bolts of grammar. i have never taken any English test, and i don't have any cert. to prove the fluency of my English. sometimes i think my English sucks, but amazingly, ppl do understand me.
