I asked one of best friend. He said I wasn't strong,but I was an idealism. Maybe he is right..

I think so.
I prefer discussing with somebody fairly. Because you cann't get any useful and creative information if you try to restrict anybody to represent their own comments..

That't true, it is the best way to discuss objiectively with someboby. under this way, you will find all of the issues could be solved easily..

Communication is not an easy job and it plays a key role in one's success.  In certain circumstances, "when the going is tough, the tough is going" does not work well.  I believe it is important to know when to compromise.  Anyway, it really depends, like whom you are dealing with, in which situations or what specific issues are discussed.  I'm not quite good at this and still learning now..

Good relationship in office is more important than education background..

Honestly,I think I'm not strong. I sometimes like to 钻牛角尖(how to say in English)..

I think good communication skill and good team spirit are good for my career.

Yes, being aggressive is definitely a plus. Career-wise, being a bitch sometimes is more helpful than being a barbie. Personal opinion. No offence..

its hard to say.
I support being aggressive and confidence in your career. And I love open and loud like a american women when i with these western women.
When I get home, I will be quite and talking slow, back to normal..
