Responsibilities:
- Build the team that successfully executes the JV’s strategy
- Specific focus on: talent attraction, technical skill development(western regulatory standards of performance) and leadership development (to aggressively grow the business)
- To Review, design, revise and implement policies in recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit and employee relationship etc.
- To initiate and implement the competitive program to attract, retain talent to support the fast business growth
- To maintain and enhance the efficiency of office operation, review, design, revise and implement the administration policy and procedural
Qualification:
10+ years Finance experience in international company
5+ years Finance management experience in international company
Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese
Good people management skill and leadership
Package: 400000+/year
