Position: CFO
Responsibilities:
- Assure rigorous financial controls and profitability of the business
- Develop effective business and cost models to assure price competitiveness and profitability.
-Meet parent company needs for information and compliance.
-To ensure that the financial operations in the suzhou company comply with Company policies and procedures and comply fully with all local and national laws of China
- Develop budgets, quarterly forecasts and reviewing monthly reports
- Accurate reporting, assessment and monitoring of cash flow and items that impact its collection, generation and disbursement
-Managing the work of the Finance staff in suzhou, and coaching them in the professional development
Qualification:
10+ years Finance experience in international company
5+ years Finance management experience in international company
Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese
Good people management skill and leadership
