Business Control Manager

The purpose of the job of Business Control Manager is to help the business controller to deliver proactive and future oriented Business Control services to the Business Unit Management Team.  The responsibility area of this position is Raflatac China terminals in Guangzhou & Tianjin.  
   
Key Tasks：
      Continental key user on purchasing process
      Review stock accounting accuracy
      Budget control and follow up
      Deliver performance analyses and benchmarking
      Manage and control costs, material efficiency (Waste, Claims and Second quality) and working capital
      Manage terminals financial forecasting, fixed cost, working capital
      Carry out customer & product profitability analysis
      Support sales by providing and implementing the standard pricing tools for product and service costing
      Proactively and constructively point out business improvement potential
      Support Business process and IT-tools development  
      Promote cross-divisional and cross-functional co-operation through networking


Requirements：

      Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
      CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred
      At least 5 years of working experience in finance and control area
      Good communication skill and strong leadership
      Deep MS Excel practical knowledge
      Fluency in English

      Directly reports to Business Controller, Asia Pacific, Label division.
      Other key contacts are sales, purchasing and production departments
