选B。这道题应该是考查一般现在时在表达习惯性规律性的事情的用法。

选D。这应该是考查直接引语改间接引语中时态的变化。
5----a reply ,he decied to write again.
ANot receiving B Receiving not CNot having received Dhaving not received
选D. 这是考查分词充当状语的用法吧。
