当然是答案对的。
take a bus 是个动作，对它提问后，它在这个句子中的替代是do，不可能是go，怎么会多一个go出来呢？
原句的意思是：彼得的父亲必须乘汽车去工厂？
答案是：彼德的父亲必须怎样去工厂。完全没有错。
to the factory只不过是目的状语，完全可以拿掉看。
Peter`s father needs to take a bus .
提问后：How does Peter`s father need to do ？
而不是：How does Peter`s father need to go？.
