家常菜之鲜百合玉子虾球(图解)

材料:鲜百合1朵(掰开)、荷兰豆(或蜜豆)2两、虾仁80克、玉子豆腐1条(切块)

玉子豆腐先两面扑上少许生粉(可吸掉表面水份,煎时不易烂),用平底锅小火煎至两面金黄,备用

虾仁先炒熟(或灼熟),放适量盐调味。

爆香蒜蓉下荷兰豆炒软。

其它材料一同放入拌匀,下芡汁勾芡即可。
芡汁:蚝油1匙、生抽、糖各半匙、生粉2小匙、水适量。
